Pirates Downed at No. 18 Villanova
PHILADELPHIA - The Seton Hall men's basketball team struggled on offense all day at No. 18 Villanova and finished with an 80-52 defeat, Sunday at Wells Fargo Center. Sophomore Myles Cale (Middletown, Del.) led the Pirates with 14 points after going 5-for-7 from the field. Seton Hall (12-8, 3-5 BIG EAST) suffered its fourth straight defeat while Villanova (16-4, 7-0 BIG EAST) won its eighth straight game. Today, Seton Hall's coaching staff wore sneakers in support of the NABC's Coaches vs. Cancer initiative and wore gold laces to honor Lacey Holsworth, an 8-year old basketball fan who lost her battle with cancer.
