Football Schedule Released
MADISON, N.J. (July 16, 2018) - The FDU-Florham football team announced its 2018 schedule which begins on August 31. The Devils start the season with a home showdown against The College of New Jersey for a 7 p.m. kickoff. Last season, the FDU picked up a 38-24 victory over the Lions, with rising senior Jagger Green setting a new school record of 593 yards passing. FDU hits the road the following week, traveling to Wayne, N.J. to battle the Pioneers of William Patersin on September 8. Middle Atlantic Conference action begins on September 15, as the Devils take on first-year program Alvernia before coming home on September 22 to face Lycoming. September ends with a road game against Albright on September 29, which leads the Devils into the bye week. After the week off, FDU hosts Wilkes under the lights on October 12. The Devils scored a season-high 49 points last year against the Colonels, with rising senior Mike Panzarino scoring four total touchdowns. After a road game at Misericordia, FDU returns home for the final two home games of the year on October 27 and November 2. They will face Lebanon Valley in the first game before closing out the home slate against Widener. The regular season ends on November 12 when the Devils take on Stevenson. Rising senior Isaiah Turner is the lone returning All-MAC performer, gaining Second Team accolades last season.
