Three FB Home Dates Set for Stadium Game of Week


HAMILTON – The buildup to the 2018 football season has begun. The Patriot League Football Game of the Week schedule on Stadium features 10 contests, three of which include Colgate on the friendly Crown Field turf at Andy Kerr Stadium. The Sept. 1 season opener against Holy Cross kicks off the series, which runs through Nov. 17. Colgate home games Sept. 22 against Lafayette and Oct. 13 versus Cornell also are featured. In addition, Colgate's regular season finale at Army West Point is being televised by the CBS Sports Network. Each Patriot League Football Game of the Week is being televised nationally via Stadium's over-the-air channels. Additionally, a free livestream of each national game can be seen on watchstadium.com and on the Patriot League Network (PLN). The games also are available live on Twitter via @WatchStadium and on the Stadium channel on Roku, Android TV, PlutoTV, SlingTV, Verizon Go90 , FuboTV and other services. Wheeler, Daramy-Swaray Earn Preseason Props Colgate's Nick Wheeler and Abu Daramy-Swaray recently were named to the Hero Sports All-America Third Team. Both are coming off multiple All-Patriot League First Team selections as the Raiders earned conference co-championship honors. Wheeler added an All-ECAC All-Star First Team certificate on his way to finishing third nationally with 11½ sacks.
