Pace Baseball's Gulino ('18) Signed by the Cleburne Railroaders

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – Former Pace University Baseball standout, Michael Gulino (Meriden, CT/Maloney)'18, has signed with the Cleburne Railroaders of the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball. Gulino, who is now the Setters' third professional player in the American Association, completed his career with the Setters this past spring.

Gulino wrapped up his Pace tenure as one of the most productive players in recent program history. A three-time All-NE10 performer, the Connecticut native finished his career ranked fifth in Pace's record books in career RBIs (127), seventh in triples (7) and 10th in doubles (36). Gulino appeared in 170 games during his time in Pleasantville, including 168 career starts as a utility player. He enjoyed his best season as a junior when he batted a blistering .345 with six home runs and 36 RBIs.

Gulino joins fellow Pace alum, Dylan Mouzakes, who is currently playing his second summer in Cleburne. Signed on Friday (July 27), Gulino launched his first professional home run on Sunday night in just his seventh career at-bat.
