North Carolina A&T is a top-10 football team

After an impressive start to the regular season with wins over then-No.6 Jacksonville State and FBS East Carolina, put the Aggies at No. 6 in the latest FCS Top 25 Poll.

The Aggies (2-0) moved up eight spots from No. 14. North Carolina A&T moved ahead of Wofford and Samford.

The Aggies were also ranked No. 5 in the STATS FCS poll, receiving two first-place votes.

It is the highest ranking for the program since 1993.

The Aggies will put its FCS-best 14-game winning streak on the line against Garner-Webb at 6 p.m. next Saturday for its home opener.
