How It Happened

• Freshman midfielder Cristina Britton scored early for the Dolphins, as she tallied the first goal of her collegiate career within the first nine minutes of play.

• Britton continued her hot streak throughout the afternoon just minutes later, as she scored two more goals before the 11 minute mark while potting four altogether.

• Britton wasn't the only first-year player who notched her first goal of the season, as the duo of Veronica Sevivas and Madison Schultzcombined for three goals themselves.

• Junior Amy Cohen tallied two of her own, while classmate Meaghan Cleary saved six out of seven shots on goal.

What's Next?

• The Dolphins will travel to Mahwah, New Jersey to take on Ramapo College on Saturday, September 8. The Roadrunners are currently 0-2 over the first two games on 2018.
