Football Travels To Montana State Of The Big Sky Conference On Saturday
BOZEMAN, MT - After opening the 2018 season with games vs. Division II Bowie State and FBS member Syracuse, the Wagner football team will face its first FCS opponent of the season in the Montana State University Bobcats of the Big Sky Conference on Saturday, September 15 at 3:00 p.m. EST. Saturday's contest will mark the second time that Wagner will face a member of the Big Sky Conference on the gridiron. On December 1, 2012, the Green & White traveled to Cheyney, WA to meet Eastern Washington in the second round of the NCAA Division I (FCS) Playoffs. The Northeast Conference (NEC) champion Seahawks, led by quarterback Nick Doscher, took a 19-14 late third quarter lead before the fourth-ranked Eagles scored 15 unanswered in pulling out a 29-19 win.
