Women's Volleyball Triumphs in Battle of the Boulevard, 3-1

OLD WESTBURY, N.Y. – Along with recording a season-high 88 digs for the third time this season the LIU Post women's volleyball team defeated the New York Institute of Technology 3-1 (25-21, 25-22, 20-25, 25-21) Wednesday night inside Recreation Hall, sweeping the Battle of the Boulevard season series against the Bears. The Pioneers only dropped one set against the Bears in 2018 as they defeated them 3-0 (25-22, 25-21, 25-14) on Sept. 12 inside the Pratt Recreation Center. LIU Post tied its season-high in digs as it also recorded 88 against the University of New Haven on Oct. 2 and LeMoyne University on Sept. 1.
