Seahawks To Host Saint Francis U On Saturday At Noon On Hall Of Fame Day
WAGNER-SAINT FRANCIS U SCENE-SETTER Staten Island, NY – Led by senior All-American running back Ryan Fulse, the FCS's leading rusher with 926 yards, the Wagner football team returns to Northeast Conference (NEC) play by hosting the Saint Francis University Red Flash on Saturday at noon in a game that will be streamed live on ESPN 3. 2018 HALL OF FAME CLASS TO BE INDUCTED ON SATURDAY MORNING Four former Wagner College athletes will be formally inducted into the Seahawk Hall of Fame at a morning ceremony on Saturday, October 13 at the Spiro Sports Center. Comprising the 2018 Seahawk Hall of Fame class, which was announced back in July, include: Natosha Davis (Class of 2001, Volleyball/Lacrosse), Dedrick Dye (Class of 2003, Men's Basketball), Jermaine Hall (Class of 2003, Men's Basketball), and Tom Masella (Class of 1981, Football). WAGNER ALL-TIME VS. SAINT FRANCIS U The Seahawks hold a 22-5 edge in the all-time series which dates back to 1992. Wagner has won eight of the last 10 meetings including seven straight between 2008 and 2014. In 2016, the Seahawks were the only team to defeat eventual NEC Champion SFU.
