Two runners headed to NCAA Cross Country Championships

SHKOSH, WI – After a record performance in the NCAA Regional competition last weekend, the College at Brockport women's cross-country team will be represented by two runners Saturday at the NCAA Championships. Junior Allison Miller and senior Krista Kicsak will head to Oshkosh, WI this weekend where they will compete against 50+ individual runners and will represent the Golden Eagles with pride as one of the 109 institutions present from around the country. Both runners are coming off a stellar performance at the regional competition, where they brought home 17th and 19th place finishes on the day, and lead the women to a record-book worthy appearance. Kicsak and Miller have both helped hold the team to high standards this season and hope to continue their momentum against some of the top runners in the country. The women's race is set to start at 11:15 a.m. this Saturday at the Lake Breeze Golf Club in Winneconne, Wisconsin. The awards ceremony will follow shortly after the men's race at 2:30 p.m.
