Crabtree Highlights Win at Cazenovia; Saints Finish Fall with 11-Point Lead

With their performance on the weekend, the Saints took an 11-point lead in the Zone 2, Region 2 standings with just regular season shows remaining on February 23-24. Chris Joyce added a pair of wins on Saturday to earn reserve high point rider honors for the Saints, who scored 38 points, three more than second-place Syracuse, to earn the team title. Jillian Campbell and Alexandra Withee both posted a win and a runner-up finish in walk-trot-canter on the weekend. Chelsea LeMoine added a win in the open flat on Saturday and Lily Barnard won her intermediate flat class on Sunday for the Saints. Guelph won the team title with 36 points on Sunday, but the Saints were second with 34 points. St. Lawrence leads the regional standings with 207 points, with Guelph in second with 196. Syracuse is close behind in third with 195 points, with SUNY Geneseo (186) and Cazenovia (185) rounding out the top five.
