Volleyball Adds Three to 2019 Roster
Nyack, NY - Nyack College women's volleyball head coach Raquel Shaffer is pleased to announce the addition of Bayleigh Massey (Marion, OH), Kirby Cuellar (Houston, TX), and Shayna Timson (Phoenix, AZ) to the 2019 volleyball roster.
Bayleigh Massey is a 5'6" defensive specialist from Marion, Ohio, who has experience playing for Pleasant High School and the Hawks Volleyball club. In her time at Pleasant HS Massey was named to the second-team all-conference and received all-district honorable mention recognition. Massey is the daughter of John and Shannon Massey and will pursue a degree in Nursing. Bayleigh's sister Kaitlyn graduated from the Warriors' volleyball program this past season.
Shayna Timson, a 5'10" outside, joins the Warriors from Phoenix, Arizona and has played for Sunrise Mountain HS, as well as club teams Surprise Volleyball Academy, Livewire, and Arrowhead. Timson is the daughter of Brian and Vicky Timson and joins Nyack to pursue a degree in Social Work.
Kirby Cuellar is a 5'9" outside and defensive specialist from Houston, Texas. Cuellar hails to Nyack from George Ranch HS and has played club volleyball for Fortbend Fire and Club Catalyst. Cuellar will transfer to Nyack from Clarendon College in Texas. She is the daugther of Jesse and Robin Cuellar and comes to Nyack to pursue a degree in Business Administration.
