Saints Bring Blizzard Before Blizzard in Win at Monmouth
Senior Deja Rawls pumped in a career-high 21 points, as the Siena Saints women's basketball team snapped a two-game losing streak with a 77-68 victory on the road against the Monmouth Hawks. With the win, the Saints improve to 8-9 on the year, and 4-2 in MAAC play as they shot 46.3 percent from the floor. Siena took advantage of 21 Monmouth turnovers, turning them into 23 points. The Green and Gold also were able to get to the free throw line, going to the line for 35 attempts in the game and creating another 23 points from the charity stripe.
