Dutchmen edged by Brown 3-2

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – In what started looking like it was going to be a blowout for the Dutchmen, Brown ultimately battled back to hand the Union College men's hockey team a 3-2 defeat on Saturday night at Messa Rink. With the loss, Union falls to 12-7-4 on the season and 5-6-1 in ECAC Hockey play, while Brown improves to 8-9-3 (5-5-3 ECACH). The game started off with a bang, as Liam Morgan scored just 22 seconds to give the Dutchmen the early lead. Union continued to mount the early pressure, but despite Union having all the momentum, Brown slowly chipped away and eventually found a way to beat Union for the second time this season.
