LEBLANC NAMED SWIMMING & DIVING ASSISTANT COACH


South Orange, N.J. – The Seton Hall men's and women's swimming & diving program and head coach Derek Sapp have announced the promotion of Andrew LeBlanc to full-time assistant coach. He had previously served as a volunteer assistant with the Pirates since 2012. LeBlanc also currently serves as a youth swimming coach at the Summit Area YMCA, where he has advised 50 first-time YMCA national qualifiers since 2006. He is affiliated with US Swimming and the American Swimming Coaches Association where he has a Level I certification. No stranger to South Orange, LeBlanc has served as adjunct professor at Seton Hall since 2008. He has also taught courses at Kean University and Montclair State University in the fields of psychology, neuroscience, physics, mathematics and health care. He graduated from Seton Hall in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in biology, and 2008 with a master's degree in experimental psychology.
