HUHMANN TO PLAY WITH U.S. VNL TEAM IN BULGARIA THIS WEEKEND

Huhmann and the United States will battle Bulgaria tomorrow (1:40 p.m. EST), Serbia on Saturday (10 a.m. EST) and Iran on Sunday (10 a.m. EST). The matches vs. Bulgaria and Iran can be seen on FloVolleyball.TV while the Serbia contest will be live on the Olympic Channel. "This weekend in Bulgaria is a great opportunity for me to gain some incredible experience against some of the best players in the world," said Huhmann. "It's the biggest stage I have ever competed on, and I'm excited to represent the USA and show everyone what I can contribute at the highest international level." This is the final weekend of Volleyball Nations League preliminary play. The top five teams at the end of the Preliminary Round join the hosts of the Finals to fight for the ultimate prize. The women's finals will be held in China from July 3-7 with the men's following a week later July 10-14th in the United States. The United States are currently in seventh place at 7-5. Brazil sits at 11-1, followed by Iran (10-2), France (9-3), Russia (9-3) and Italy (8-4). Serbia is 11th (5-7) and Bulgaria is currently 12th (4-8).
