Albert Gwo to Represent Lions at Phillips 66 National Championships
STANFORD, Calif. — Columbia junior Albert Gwo will compete in USA Swimming's Phillips 66 National Championships this week, which runs from July 31-Aug. 4 at the Stanford Avery Aquatic Center. A native of nearby Los Altos, California, Gwo will swim in the 100-meter butterfly Friday and 50-meter freestyle Sunday. Both day's preliminary sessions will begin at noon ET and stream live on usaswimming.org. For a full broadcast schedule, click here. One of the last major long course meets of the year, the Phillips 66 National Championships serves as an opportunity to earn 2020 Olympic Trials cut times.
