SALT CITY BOWL PREVIEW: No. 18 Monroe Football Challenges No. 3 Hutchinson in Search of First-Ever B

HUTCHINSON, Kan, December 5, 2019 – A year ago, the Monroe College football team made history by earning its first-ever bid to an NJCAA bowl game, The Graphic Edge Bowl in Cedar Falls, Iowa. After checking that off the list last year, the Mustangs are back in a bowl game, this time earning an invitation to play in the Salt City Bowl in Hutchinson, Kan., looking to make more history with their first-ever bowl game win. The 18th-ranked Mustangs will challenge No. 3 Hutchinson Community College on its home turf at Gowans Stadium on Saturday, Dec. 7.
