Women's Soccer Ranked Third in D3Soccer.com Preseason Poll

EWING, N.J. – D3Soccer.com has announced its preseason poll for the 2019 NCAA Division III women's soccer season. The College of New Jersey has been ranked third in the nation heading into the year. The Lions will look to continue the success of a strong 2018 campaign. TCNJ posted a record of 15-1-2, and won the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championship. The conference title was the second straight and 18th in program history. TCNJ also advanced to the third round of the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament last season. The appearance was remarkably the 28th consecutive trip to the big dance for the program. Only seven days remain until the Lions begin the 2019 season, as they will square off against Swarthmore College on Aug. 30. TCNJ will face Eastern Connecticut State at Swarthmore on Aug. 31, then have the home opener against Moravian College on Sept. 7th.
